Xi Xia Chinese Cuisine

We tried takeout due to the positive ratings. First the good: the plastic containers were cute and sturdy. It made for a nice presentation for carry out. The food was neutral in flavor with no heavy garlic or onion, which we thought was a positive. However, the portion sizes are tiny compared with local competitors. Maybe 1/4 the amount of food. The meat was not good quality and the fried rice was just steamed rice with coloring. It was a disappointing up charge on both meals. This was a first and last time for us.

Great place for authentic noodle. The host was very hospital. I will go for the narrow noodle instead of wide for its tough texture. If you have room, extra noodle is a good option to take

This is authentic, delicious, and if you like spice that is actual flavor and not just to burn your mouth you will not be disappointed. Having eaten quite a lot of Asian dishes, I am quite a large man, this has been a truly excellent experience in authentic Chinese cuisine. First time here but we absolutely will be back for more when visiting Columbus. Chicken stir fry with wide noodles, and my favorite was the fire noodle dish, pork ribs were also excellent.

Fantastic Asian food. Fairly small place with online ordering but the noodle dishes were outstanding. Salt and pepper chicken starter was very good on its own or with the supplied sauce. House fried noodles with 3 proteins were very tasty. Singapore fried noodles with chicken were outstanding. Bone broth vermicelli was also delicious and the spiciest. Fresh soy milk was also a nice add. We will be back.

My first time ordering from here, I got the sesame chicken with fried rice and 2 egg rolls. The sesame chicken is very tasty, my only criticism would be the fried rice. It looks very good but had no taste at all. It had the potential to be good look wise instead very bland. The egg rolls are good but a little to greasy inside or watery I couldn’t really differentiate between the two. It was still flavorful so I won’t fault them much on it. Not quite sure if I would order here again I’m very big on fried rice. It’s a main necessity for me when eating Chinese it’s my favorite. I’m willing to try them again sometime in the future overall I’ll say 3 stars. I can’t really rate atmosphere or service as I order online but upon looking at the pictures online it looks good and clean.
